AI Transformation Program Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead cross-functional initiatives for our enterprise AI products. The ideal candidate will bridge technical, operational, and business teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of strategic programs involving multiple products.
- Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with product, engineering, and client teams.
- Oversee integration efforts with client environments, including ERP, CRM, and legacy systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience in program or project management within enterprise software, SaaS, AI/ML, or digital transformation domains.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, enterprise integrations, and document automation workflows.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with complex interdependencies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification (preferred).
