Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join Bangalore Job Hub. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing accurate information, and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, issues, and product/service information via phone and email.
  • Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting, and resolving concerns.
  • Communicate effectively in English and at least one South Indian language.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Work flexible hours, including night shifts, to accommodate customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Graduation degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in any South Indian language.
  • Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
