As we prepare for launch, we need a strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager who can drive our products' success in the market. You'll be at the forefront of our growth story, shaping how we position, launch, and grow our products across industries.

Job Description

You will lead and execute the strategy to successfully launch our SaaS products. You will work closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive alignment, define messaging, establish positioning, and ensure data-driven execution from ideation to launch and beyond.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to understand customer needs, pain points, and competitive landscapes.
  • Define positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that resonate with ideal customer profiles.
  • Develop and own a robust GTM roadmap, detailing timelines, launches, stakeholders, and KPIs.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to coordinate launch plans and streamline execution.
  • Launch campaigns, drive sales enablement, and oversee channel strategies to create awareness and demand.
  • Track performance, analyze results, and iterate to maximize GTM effectiveness.
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in GTM, product marketing, or related strategic roles.
  • Strong strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, timely, detail-oriented, and decisive.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of rallying teams and articulating vision.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and CRM platforms.
