Product Manager Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 4-10 years of experience in product management within the US healthcare domain. They will be responsible for supporting strategic product planning, development lifecycle, and product launch cycles for our offerings.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support strategic product planning, development lifecycle, and product launch cycles for our offerings.
  • Drive execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements, and roadmap development, and product launch.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, communicate, and implement product segment strategy. Liaise directly with technology development resources and assume primary leadership for effective communication, company readiness, release, rollout, and positioning of our offerings.
  • Participate in sprint planning discussions to define sprint goal and refine product backlogs.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
  • Review works by development team and ensure they are in sync per product vision.
  • Serve as interface with customers, internal development groups, and all stakeholders.
  • Update and maintain CRM/Jira for internal tracking.
  • Maintain close watch on progress of development items and ensure their execution and delivery within expected timelines.
  • Work on Hubspot Ticketing system to resolve existing client issues and new requirements.
  • Handle emails from other departments and clients, generate monthly usage reports, and publish for accounting purposes.
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4-10 years of product experience in US healthcare domain.
  • Ideal candidate is self-motivated, driven, and capable of envisioning future direction of product.
  • Prior product management experience is an advantage; however, not mandatory.
  • Candidates without prior product management experience will be considered for junior position, while experienced candidates are eligible for product manager position.
  • Knowledge in technology and healthcare product platforms is a must.
  • Ability to converse in English and Malayalam is required.
