About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our product development efforts in the healthcare industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering innovative products that address critical market needs and provide exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision & Strategy: Collaborate with product leadership to define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare-focused solutions.
  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Deeply understand market needs, customer pain points, and regulatory requirements within the healthcare domain.
  • Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the highest value features and epics.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
  • Agile Development: Participate actively in all agile ceremonies and provide guidance and clarification to the development team throughout the sprint cycle.
Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience as a Product Owner or a similar product management role, with significant experience directly within the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical processes, and regulatory landscapes.
  • Proven experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, concise user stories.
