Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

At the core of our organization lies a fundamental understanding of the importance of building and maintaining meaningful relationships with customers. As our ideal candidate, you will embody this ethos by cultivating lasting connections throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate deep-rooted relationships with clients through proactive engagement and regular interaction.
  • Design and execute bespoke experiences that exceed customer expectations at critical stages, including onboarding, agreement, and handover.
  • Maintain rigorous quality standards and ensure consistency in service delivery.
  • Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction through continuous monitoring and necessary enhancements.
  • Prepare and manage MIS reports in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Coordinate process improvements and update MIS report logic's.
  • Generate demands, validate cheques, create sales orders, customer masters, materials, debit and credit notes.
  • Manage customer data for specific projects.
  • Resolve customer queries, prepare ledgers, and address issues highlighted by customers through calls.
  • Provide support services to customers post-booking until delivery or possession stage.
  • Collect payment dues against generated demands with construction progress.
  • Assist customers with flat allotment, registration, cancellation, bank loan issues, transfer of deeds, and bank loan document processing.
