We are seeking an experienced Senior CX Solutions Specialist to join our team.

This senior level position requires deep expertise in Genesys Cloud, AWS Connect, and CX UI/UX capabilities.

Job Summary

Our ideal candidate will have a strong customer-centric mindset, hands-on experience with contact centre technologies, and the ability to optimize customer journeys through innovative UI/UX solutions and process improvements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective customer experience strategies using Genesys Cloud, AWS Connect, and CX UI/UX principles.

They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive CX initiatives that meet business objectives.

The ideal candidate will also have a solid understanding of UI/UX design principles for customer-facing platforms, as well as experience in mapping, analyzing, and improving customer journeys using insights and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement effective customer experience strategies using Genesys Cloud, AWS Connect, and CX UI/UX principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive CX initiatives that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Genesys Cloud, AWS Connect, and CX UI/UX design principles to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Map, analyze, and improve customer journeys using insights and data to drive business growth.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

  • 8+ years of experience in contact centre domain with a focus on CX/UI/UX.
  • Strong exposure to Genesys CX UI/AWS Connect UI consoles, including unified global menu navigation, advanced search functionality, and multi-panel layouts.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles for customer-facing platforms.
  • Proven track record in Customer Experience (CX)/Customer Centricity initiatives.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
