Global Security Operations Centre Specialist Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our 24/7 operations team as a Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating international travel security and risk mitigation projects, identifying potential risks, and managing incidents.

The GSOC Specialist will work closely with our teams, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure the highest level of safety and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and control travel operations and risk mitigation projects worldwide.
  • Communicate directly with teams, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders during emergencies and routine situations.
  • Understand, compile, and follow security procedures.
  • Document missions and update work management software.
  • Conduct detailed written and verbal situation briefings internally and externally.
  • Participate in frequent training sessions and exercises to maintain GSOC proficiency.
  • Conduct research and screen for major events affecting client interests.
  • Lead after-action debriefs to identify best practices.
