Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned risk management professional to lead our Enterprise Risk Management function. As Deputy Manager-Risk Management, you will oversee all operational activities and develop a comprehensive framework to mitigate risks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an enterprise-wide risk management framework to identify, assess, and manage risks.
  • Design and evaluate robust internal control systems to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Principal Risk Owners to identify key risks and develop action plans to address gaps in mitigating measures.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management and the Board Committees on risk exposure and mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in finance, management, or a related field from a reputable institution. Professional certifications such as FRM, CFA, or CBCP are preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management frameworks.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
  • Ability to design and evaluate effectiveness of controls embedded within business processes.
  • Knowledge of risk and governance standards such as COSO framework and Basel Corporate Governance Principles.
