Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Email Campaign Specialist to join our campaign management support department. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for Email marketing and be able to deliver end-to-end campaign execution across multiple channels.

The incumbent will be responsible for managing existing campaigns, setting up new campaigns, selecting data, rolling out campaigns, and tabulating results. They will also work closely with the team to ensure optimal allocation of resources across channels.

This position requires a resourceful and strategic mindset with analytical skills. The successful candidate will be able to develop insights from complex data sets and communicate them effectively both internally and to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute end-to-end campaign execution including campaign setup, data selection, rollout, and results tabulation.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize email campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Analyze complex data sets to develop actionable insights.
  • Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Email campaign management using Oracle Responsys.
  • Hands-on experience in developing business intelligence reports using Oracle Infinity IQ.
  • High proficiency in Excel, specifically with Pivot Tables and data analysis.
