Salesforce Marketing Cloud SpecialistJob Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional with hands-on expertise in personalization tools within the Salesforce ecosystem to develop and deploy innovative marketing solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical development skills in SFMC, coupled with the ability to design and implement personalized customer journeys that drive engagement and deliver business impact.

  • Develop and configure solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio).
  • Implement personalization strategies using Salesforce Personalization/Interaction Studio or equivalent personalization tools.
  • Build and optimize customer journeys, triggered campaigns, and cross-channel automations to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with teams to translate business requirements into scalable SFMC solutions.
  • Integrate SFMC with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and other enterprise systems through APIs and connectors.
  • Ensure data security, privacy, and deliverability best practices are met.
  • Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and support for campaign execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
  • Strong experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
  • Experience with personalization platforms (Salesforce Personalization/Interaction Studio preferred).
  • Proficiency in AMP script, SSJS, SQL for advanced customization and segmentation.
  • Knowledge of API integrations between SFMC and external systems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Cloud) is beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer/Consultant certification is a plus.
