Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Cloud Architect - Delivery at our organization.

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and be responsible for delivering and onboarding our software for customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience architecting/operating solutions built on cloud technology, with expertise in Microsoft Azure, AWS, and their relevant build, deployment, automation, networking, and security technologies in cloud environments.

  • Key responsibilities include technical discussions, solution design, project management, and customer relationship management.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for driving time-to-value, ensuring timely implementation, and being accountable for customer satisfaction (CSAT).

About the Role

This role is key to delivering excellent customer experiences and ensuring the successful onboarding of our software.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have a deep understanding of end-to-end customer operations.

  • Responsibilities include educating customers, sharing best practices, presenting at events, writing white papers, blogs, and running workshops.
  • The role requires strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilise them in a customer-facing environment.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of professional experience architecting/operating solutions built on cloud technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong expertise in Technical Post Sales.
  • Experience working in a high-engagement customer-facing role.
  • Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
  • Account management and project management skills.
  • Public cloud certifications would be an added advantage.
