Job Title: Desktop Support Professional

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT professional to join our team as a Desktop Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hands-on experience in managing and supporting IT infrastructure, including Windows and macOS environments.

Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, troubleshooting hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals, and providing day-to-day support for Microsoft 365 applications.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for system provisioning via Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, managing user accounts, groups, and permissions using Active Directory, and assisting with system upgrades, data migrations, and routine backups.

Additionally, the selected individual will troubleshoot basic network issues, perform configuration and support of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls, assist with IP address configuration and network printer setup, and monitor and maintain network performance.

Required Skills:


• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic understanding of Firewalls and Layer 2 Switches.

• Familiarity with ITSM tools for ticket management.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
