Community Engagement Specialist

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing a high-value network of CIOs and technology decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Network Development & Growth

Create and manage curated communities of CIOs segmented by region, vertical or interest. Initiate thoughtful daily/weekly conversations, questions and polls to keep engagement high.

  • Content Creation & Distribution

Develop and implement a content strategy to build and manage a monthly newsletter (physical + email version). Own the editorial calendar, content curation, copywriting, design coordination and distribution. Work with internal stakeholders to feature insights, success stories, interviews and trend reports.

  • Brand Representation & Social Media

Transform community conversations and insights into compelling posts on social media platforms. Celebrate CIO milestones, birthdays, career moves, etc., to build a human touch.

Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in community development, CXO engagement, customer advocacy or brand marketing
  • Excellent written & spoken English – your copy should feel warm, smart and human
  • Experience in building or managing online communities, social networks or messaging groups
  • Hands-on experience with email tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue) and content publishing
  • A relationship-first mindset – you genuinely care about building trust over time
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
