Key Performance Marketing Role

As a seasoned performance marketing professional, this role involves developing and executing multi-channel campaign strategies to drive business growth. You will analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy Development: Design high-impact campaigns aligned with business objectives, customer segments, and growth targets.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of campaigns across paid search, social media, display, affiliate, and programmatic platforms.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior marketers, manage external agencies, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Resource Optimization: Effectively manage resources, optimize budget allocation, and forecast campaign spend based on business priorities.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and tracking efforts.
  • Experimentation and Innovation: Lead A/B testing, customer journey optimization, and conversion rate experiments to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling high-impact paid campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and BI reporting platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and leadership.
  • Experience managing budgets of significant scale and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
