Business Development Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious professional to execute our business development strategy across multiple channels.
This role will be responsible for driving pipeline growth through effective campaign management, data analysis, and market insights.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute end-to-end business development plans for enterprise and mid-market accounts in target geographies.
- Own and manage our webinar, email campaign, Ads, Google Ads, event, and inbound marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to launch high-impact campaigns aligned with buyer personas and decision journeys.
- Track and report on key performance indicators including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, funnel conversion, and ROI.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, data analysis, and market insights.
- Oversee the use and effectiveness of CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Support regional growth initiatives in international markets through targeted business development strategies.
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or growth marketing roles.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth for SaaS, enterprise tech, or B2B services.
- Experience managing webinars, email campaigns, Ads, Google Ads, events, and inbound marketing strategies.
- Proficient in CRM and campaign performance tools.
- Exposure to international markets is a plus.
