Agile Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive successful project execution as an Agile Project Lead.

This role demands strong leadership, deep expertise in Agile methodologies, and hands-on project management experience. The ideal candidate must have a strong track record of facilitating team collaboration, ensuring adherence to Agile principles, and driving projects forward with precision and speed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Guide teams in Agile adoption and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, remove impediments, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, sprint velocity, and team performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team empowerment.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and change management.
  • A technical background or familiarity with software development lifecycle is a plus.
