Job Title: Agile Project Enabler

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Enabler to facilitate the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies.

This role involves coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team, facilitating various Agile ceremonies, and ensuring that the team remains focused on their tasks.

You will work closely with team members to identify and remove any barriers that may hinder their progress, while also tracking and reporting on the team's performance through appropriate metrics.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Guiding and coaching the team on Agile/Scrum principles, removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering Leads to ensure backlog clarity and sprint readiness.
  • Tracking and reporting key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, team health) to stakeholders.
  • Shielding the team from external interruptions and ensuring focus on sprint goals.
  • Promoting Agile best practices and helping scale Agile processes as the team grows.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience as an Agile Project Enabler in software development environments.
  • Certified Agile Practitioner (CAPM), SAFe, or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Proven experience working with SaaS, microservices, and multi-cloud product teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile metrics, Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
  • Ability to work with distributed teams and manage multiple workstreams.
  • Experience in projects involving AI/LLM integration, workflow automation, or enterprise systems like SAP.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and QA automation.
  • Exposure to tools like Camunda, n8n, or OpenProject.
