Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Agile environments, with at least 2+ years as a Scrum Master
  • Proven track record of successfully facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing impediments
  • Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering, with experience in Business Analysis
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent preferred
  • Dynamics 365 expertise is essential for this role
