Sales Engagement Specialist

The role of Junior Sales HRBP involves fostering a positive work environment and implementing engagement initiatives.
- Develop and implement Human Resource policies and procedures to ensure effective communication and adherence.
- Maintain and update employee records in Human Resource systems.
- Support payroll processing and other Human Resource administrative tasks.
- Identify training needs and assist in organizing learning initiatives for employees.
- Analyse Human Resource metrics to inform business decisions.
A successful candidate will possess strong relationships-building skills, be resilient, smart and ambitious, with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, and 1-3 years of Human Resource experience.
We are looking for an individual who can effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills.
Our ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent analytical and decision-making skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
