Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to understand their current recruitment and onboarding processes and identify opportunities to enhance these functions using SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment modules, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for clients to ensure effective use and adoption of the implemented modules.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement services to clients.
  • Collaborate with other SAP SuccessFactors consultants and teams to integrate the Onboarding and Recruitment modules with other HR processes and systems.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices in recruitment and onboarding, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.

Additionally, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members, and hold a degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
