Marine Operations Professional

This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and guidelines
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate seamless operations
  • Assist in scheduling and executing voyages, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Manage documentation, maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Communicate effectively with clients, resolving any issues that may arise
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Monitor daily noon reports/position reports, coordinating with vessel masters as needed
  • Collect cargo documents from vessels at every load/discharge port
  • Evaluate and analyze vessel performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Prepare freight invoices and demurrage claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Ensure deck and engine logs are sent to charterers within stipulated timeframes
