Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Engineer to join our core engineering team. As a key member, you will work closely with leadership and product teams to build a global-scale education platform.

This role involves designing and developing scalable APIs and microservices using Node.js or equivalent frameworks. Additionally, you will optimize backend systems for performance, security, reliability, and scalability.

You will collaborate with product managers designers frontend engineers to deliver seamless features. Furthermore, you will contribute to architectural decisions system design technology stack choices.

As part of this team, you will write clean maintainable well-documented code following best practices. You will also monitor debug continuously improve backend systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of professional backend development experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Node.js Express.js similar frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of web application architecture databases caching strategies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms CI/CD pipelines containerization.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems design scalable efficient solutions.
