Senior Software Requirements Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Requirements Specialist to be the primary author of business and functional requirements that drive our product roadmap. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Analyst in software or SaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and define business requirements
  • Analyze business processes
  • Translate business needs into comprehensive functional specifications
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users
  • Oversee the implementation and iteration of product requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Proven expertise in writing clear and comprehensive requirements and functional specs
  • 5+ years of experience in software or SaaS environments
  • Proven experience in iteration management and working with product teams
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
