Job Title: Transition Manager - Procurement

We are seeking a seasoned transition professional to lead and manage end-to-end procurement transition projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead procurement transitions from initiation through execution, ensuring seamless process management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop project timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and resource allocation plans to drive success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal, Finance, IT, Operations, and external vendors to facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain procurement compliance and knowledge transfer throughout the transition process.
  • Report on milestones, outcomes, and budget performance to senior management for informed decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field (MBA or CIPS/CPM preferred).
  • 6-8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management.
  • Proven track record of successful transition and vendor management.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with procurement tools and ERP systems, as well as MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
