This exciting new role at IBS Software reflects the company's growing digital presence.

We are seeking an experienced social media executive to help develop and execute our global social media strategy, create engaging content, and drive audience interaction.

As a member of our Corporate Communications team, you will report to the social media manager in London and collaborate with globally dispersed teams to craft compelling storytelling content and visual assets for external social media channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and publish high-quality content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and Glassdoor to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement
  • Collaborate with design, video, and web teams to create visually appealing content that effectively communicates our brand message
  • Gather and create compelling content with colleagues across the organisation
  • Engage with our online community through timely responses to comments and messages
  • Manage the social media calendar and prepare monthly reports
  • Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand expansion and innovative content creation

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and experience in social media or PR/communications-related roles.

A degree in communications or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 and Google Analytics is essential.

About You
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, PR, or communications
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
  • B2B/travel sector experience is desirable
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic work environment
