We are looking for a skilled and experienced Luxury Residential Design Expert to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the design and execution of luxury residential interior projects from concept development to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement creative designs for luxury residential interiors that exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and translate them into detailed designs.
  • Create mood boards, space planning layouts, and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Review material selections to ensure they meet design quality standards and align with project objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet project timelines.
  • Mentor junior designers and interns, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • At least 3 years of experience in residential interior design, with a proven track record of delivering high-end projects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing residential design projects, with a focus on luxury and premium properties.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office, with expertise in Enscape/D5 and other design software.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, and vendors.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities, with experience in managing multiple projects and teams.
Work Arrangements:
  • Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad.
  • Full-time position, working from office.
  • Standard working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
