Job Title: Solution Architect

As a key member of our digital transformation team, we are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to design and implement cutting-edge automation solutions that drive business growth. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in automation, AI, and workplace orchestration to create innovative solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy automation workflows using Power Automate (Power Platform) and custom apps built with Power Apps to digitize and streamline business processes.
  • Create and enhance interactive dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI for data-driven decision-making.
  • Built and configure Copilot-based AI agents for productivity, insights, and self-service use cases, leveraging low-code/nocode platforms for orchestration.
  • Integrate AI models into enterprise workflows for enhanced decision-making and automation, including the incorporation of Azure OpenAI Service.
  • Implement intelligent orchestration to connect different workplace systems, ensuring a unified employee experience across Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and Azure services.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Digital Workplace, End User Computing or Automation/AI Solutions development.
  • A proven track record of building automation solutions, AI integrations, and workplace orchestration in enterprise environments.
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, endpoint management, collaboration tools, automation/orchestration, and security compliance.
  • Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge and working experience on listed core technical skillsets or technology domains, including Automation & AI, Monitoring, AI/Assistive Technologies, Scripting and Automation Framework, Observability & Analytics, Cloud & Infrastructure, and Service Management & Tooling.
