Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Local Team Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the AI Foundry agenda and team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing AI DevOps team.
  • Coordinate with the AI Center of Excellence to define the development roadmap and project portfolio.
  • Develop and implement state-of-the-art AI DevOps methodologies.
  • Manage and mentor other members of the team.
  • Align with Sales and Operations teams on business priorities and AI adoption opportunities.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A university degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting.
  • Proven track record of team management and complex delivery projects experience, with a focus on DevOps and AI expertise.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Google Cloud platform and DevOps frameworks.
  • Experience in the Sales and Operation areas, with knowledge of processes and solutions.
