Job Title: AI Prompt Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to design, develop and optimize high-quality prompts for artificial intelligence (AI) models. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in AI prompt engineering, robotic process automation (RPA), and hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents.

The selected individual will be responsible for bridging the gap between process automation, prompt engineering, and applied AI. Key responsibilities include designing test and optimizing high-quality prompts, collaborating with automation teams to integrate RPA bots with AI-driven agents, building configuring and deploying AI agents capable of reasoning planning and executing tasks autonomously.

Other key responsibilities include partnering with data scientists, RPA developers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation developing reusable prompt templates libraries and best practices for large language models and multi-agent systems integrating APIs knowledge bases and 3rd-party systems into AI agents and RPA workflows to enrich decision-making capabilities monitoring agent and bot performance troubleshooting issues and fine-tuning prompts for continuous improvement and conducting research on state-of-the-art AI agent frameworks RPA enhancements and generative AI trends to keep solutions cutting-edge.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Information Systems AI/ML or related field.
  • Strong experience with prompt engineering techniques for large language models.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Automation Anywhere bot development control room IQ Bot API integrations.
  • Proven experience in building deploying and managing AI agents or autonomous AI workflows.
  • Familiarity with RPA-to-AI orchestration including scheduling decision-making and exception handling.
  • Proficiency with programming/scripting in Python Java or JavaScript for automation and agent development.
  • Understanding of APIs webhooks and system integrations across enterprise environments.
