This is an exciting opportunity for engineers passionate about Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, AI agents and prompt engineering. You will have the chance to work across advanced AI use cases and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop Generative AI architectures, algorithms and frameworks
  • Build, integrate and fine-tune LLMs and AI models into production systems
  • Implement RAG pipelines and manage vector databases
  • Apply prompt engineering and tokenization for optimized outputs
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers and cross-functional teams
  • Test, deploy and monitor models for performance and scalability
  • Stay up to date with Generative AI advancements, tools and frameworks
Mandatory Skills:
  • Generative AI - 1.6+ years
  • Agentic AI - 6+ months
  • Python - 3-5 years (with prompt engineering experience)
  • LLMs - OpenAI, Claude, Gemini etc.
  • Vector databases and RAG pipelines
  • LangChain libraries and AI agents
  • Cloud - Azure preferred (AWS/GCP also acceptable)
Good to Have:
  • Experience with MLOps and DevOps practices
  • Cloud deployment expertise (Azure, GCP, AWS)
  • Familiarity with scalable AI production environments
