AI Engineer Position

We seek an experienced AI engineer to develop and deploy cutting-edge language models.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, integrate, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) in enterprise applications.
  • Create and implement prompt engineering techniques, embeddings, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
  • Develop Agentic AI solutions using Langgraph, focusing on scalability and performance.
  • Maintain APIs, microservices, and front-end/back-end integrations for GenAI systems.
  • Work with vector databases to enable semantic search capabilities.
  • Deploy solutions on cloud-based AI platforms, ensuring efficient model deployment and management.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and solution architects to deliver Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and production-ready applications.
  • Evaluate AI solutions against responsible AI, data privacy, and security guidelines.

Required Skills:

  • Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with APIs, microservices, Flask/FastAPI/Django.
  • Familiarity with Azure Databricks and Apache Spark, enabling large-scale data processing.
  • Knowledge of vector embeddings and vector databases, facilitating semantic search.
  • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks, streamlining AI pipeline management.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices for deploying AI models efficiently.
  • Experience working with cloud-based AI services (Azure, AWS, GCP), ensuring seamless model deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, crucial for resolving complex AI-related issues.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, expanding AI modeling capabilities.
