Lead AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI engineer to lead our team's cutting-edge projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement state-of-the-art NLP, Computer Vision, Speech techniques using machine learning algorithms.
  • Collaborate with other AI researchers to develop innovative AI solutions and services to enhance our platform capabilities.
  • Mentor and lead experiments with team members to drive innovation and growth.
  • Conduct research and experiments in deep learning, machine learning, and related fields to support the development of AI techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with experience in machine learning and data analysis.
  • 3-4 years of industry experience in machine learning, with a strong focus on NLP and Computer Vision.
  • Hands-on experience of ML model development and deploying.
  • Experience working with training and fine-tuning LLM is a plus.
  • Experience in audio/speech technologies is a plus.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, node.js or other relevant programming languages.

This role requires a high level of expertise in AI engineering and ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to communicate complex technical ideas effectively, and have a passion for innovation and experimentation.
