Job Overview

We're on the hunt for a seasoned AI consultant to spearhead our Generative AI initiatives.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

About the Role:
  • Solution Leadership: Collaborate with clients to identify their business challenges and develop tailored GenAI solutions.
  • Technical Architecture: Translate client needs into actionable solution concepts, defining architecture, data strategy, model selection, and tooling required for success.
  • Project Ownership: Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI solutions, ensuring technical quality, alignment with business goals, and timely execution of project milestones.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor cross-functional teams, including engineers and data scientists, fostering best practices and ensuring project accountability.
  • Hands-On Contribution: While leading the project, remain hands-on with tools, models, and code to prototype, build, and troubleshoot complex components of the application.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as key technical point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing clear progress updates, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to co-develop tailored proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and implementation roadmaps.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading technical teams and taking ownership of AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executive and technical stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and agentic systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy GenAI solutions using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based ML/AI services such as AWS Sagemaker, Azure OpenAI, or Google Vertex AI.
  • Prior experience in consulting, pre-sales, or freelance capacity is strongly preferred, demonstrating ability to work effectively with external clients.
  • Comfort with dynamic nature of short-term PoC projects where requirements may evolve.
