Job Title:

AI Applications Engineering Lead

About the Role:

This is a senior-level position that focuses on managing AI tools and ensuring their secure and responsible use within the organization.

The successful candidate will have expertise in configuring and managing data privacy controls to prevent sensitive data from being used in AI model training and enforcing zero-retention policies.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can deliver comprehensive audit logs, compliance reporting, and monitoring for OpenAI usage to adhere to regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will implement robust guardrails and moderation tools to enhance security and reliability of AI applications.

In addition, they will analyze model performance and usage metrics, producing regular reports for leadership to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures to ensure seamless operation of AI tools.

The selected candidate will maintain an internal admin guide with setup/configuration steps, governance rules, and best practices for AI tool management.

They will also develop knowledge bases and wikis for developers and end users to facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in AI applications engineering or a related role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools, particularly Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
