Social Media Professional

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Professional to join our team. This is a highly rewarding role for someone who wants to make a real impact in the world of digital marketing.

  1. Develop and implement a strategic social media plan aligned with business objectives.
  2. Oversee daily social media management across platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and the blog.
  3. Collaborate with content writers and graphic designers to produce engaging and high-converting content.
  4. Develop lead generation campaigns (organic and paid) to support business growth.
  5. Create and optimize lead funnels, including webinars, free resources, and other strategic content.
  6. Analyze and report on social media performance, providing actionable insights.
  7. Brainstorm and execute creative ideas for increasing brand awareness and engagement.
  8. Regularly monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to create and execute lead generation campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create persuasive, business-driven content.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) for business growth.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, and basic landing page tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and lead funnel creation.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and others.
  • Understanding of the fitness, wellness, or education industry is a plus.
  • Brownie points if you are an INFS Scholar.
