Product Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned professional in the healthcare industry, you will have the opportunity to lead the development and prioritization of stories based on an understanding of the overall business benefit and relative cost of each piece of work. You will be responsible for clearly defining the acceptance criteria for each story, acting as the 'voice of the customer' while keeping the big picture in mind, and preventing customers and users from getting into unnecessary short-term product development trade-offs.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in US Healthcare (RCM, Clearinghouse, EMR/EHR systems, Claims, Patient Access, etc.) and 2-3 years of progressive work experience in a product role, designing business processes, process mapping, working on process improvement initiatives, and business system design.

Key skills required include strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs to translate them into application and operation requirements, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience building products in an agile environment.
