As a senior-level Chip Design Lead, you will be responsible for implementing complex mixed-signal SoCs.

This role requires expertise in all phases of IC design from RTL to GDS2. The ideal candidate will have experience in analog/mixed/custom signal PNR, TSMC 7nm PNR sign-off using a full COT flow, and hierarchical Place & Route. Additionally, they should be familiar with floorplanning, clock & power network architecture, and UPF/CPF power intent flow. Experience with EDA tools such as Cadence, Mentor, and Ansys is also necessary.

A BTech/MTech/PhD degree with 5-10 years of experience in chip implementation and 3-5 years as a top-level lead is required. Proven track records of successful final production tape-outs at 16/14nm, 10nm, and 7nm are preferred. Knowledge of embedded processors, high-speed interfaces, and memory controllers is also beneficial. The ability to contribute to and guide the development process, work in a fast-moving startup environment, and solve complex problems independently is essential.
