Job Description

Eldyne, a pioneering company in modernized digital and automated railway signalling systems since 1987, requires a seasoned professional to lead its design and engineering efforts.

The ideal candidate will have over three decades of experience delivering projects across India, driving safety, reliability, and innovation in railway signalling and EPC solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide design and engineering support for railway axle counter solutions, ensuring compliance with safety, signalling standards, and RAMS requirements.
  • Lead verification and validation activities, including first-time right checks, to ensure quality and fail-safe product performance.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and railway officials to address design, compliance, and product approval requirements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of product failures, propose corrective actions, and drive engineering improvements.
  • Manage engineering documentation, design reports, and ensure compliance with relevant international standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project management, design support, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support embedded system-based product development, focusing on innovation and reliability.
Requirements
