Digital Marketing Strategist

Job Description:
A leading digital marketing agency is seeking a high-performing Digital Marketing Expert to manage top-tier ad campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, with a proven track record of success in performance-driven marketing and lead generation strategies.
Key responsibilities include planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on various digital platforms, as well as strategizing and aligning digital efforts with client objectives.
The selected candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating campaign performance using key metrics like Return On Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Conversion Rate (CTR).
Excellent analytical and reporting skills are essential, along with excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Prior experience in the healthcare or caregiving-related industries is preferred.
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns
- Run performance-driven marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and return on investment (ROI)
- Strategize and align digital efforts with client objectives
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance
The ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced work environment is crucial.
The selected candidate must have a personal laptop and be open to working onsite from our office location.
