About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Zupee. As a key member of our Design Team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality graphics and illustrations that bring our brand to life.

As a Graphic Designer at Zupee, you will work closely with our Product Team to craft engaging and creative graphics that enhance our user experience. Your primary objective will be to design and develop visually stunning graphics and illustrations that meet our brand's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design on-brand graphics and illustrations for app, website, and digital communications
  • Enhance our brand illustration style and actively look for ways to improve our storytelling
  • Gather key messaging points for each project and ensure that all illustration concepts convey the right information and complement the product feature
  • Ensure that all graphics and illustrations meet technical requirements and production-ready
  • Generate ideas and concepts that are clear, communicative, and engaging
  • Participate in design briefs and work collaboratively with other members of the design team to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes product team, business team to create compelling creatives
  • Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the graphics field

Requirements and Skills:

  • Relevant proven work experience of at least 3 years as a graphic designer/digital illustrator
  • A bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or equivalent in the related field
  • Work samples emphasizing graphic design/illustrations skills (portfolio review required)
  • Experience in working with design teams and knowledge of design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) Figma and similar software
  • Unbiased/open-minded and openness to give and receive feedback and learn
  • Team spirit; good communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Good time-management skills and ability to track and deliver to work within timelines
  • Ability to work both in a group and independently
