Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team in Gurugram. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating graphics, graphic design, logo design, branding, and typography on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for a variety of digital and print materials, including brochures, social media creatives, performance and growth creatives and presentations.
  • Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for video projects, including explainer videos, product demos, and promotional content.
  • Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and consistent across all media.
  • Manage and organize a library of design assets for easy access and use by the design team.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to inspire new ideas and approaches.
  • Lead and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial brief to final delivery.
  • Set project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Requirements

  • Available for a full-time (in-office) role.
  • Preferred from Delhi-NCR or willing to relocate.
  • Education qualification: Graduation in B. Design.
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
  • Great aesthetic sense, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent with typography and layout.
  • Ability to create 3D models of products and animate them.
  • Good communication skills to present ideas.
  • Ability to lead teams in a time-bound environment.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Adobe XD, Figma is a plus.
  • Knowledge of print & outdoor design a plus.
  • Prior experience on beauty, personal care brands.
