Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our marketing team. The professional will assist in designing content for various marketing channels, including social media, performance marketing campaigns, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for social media platforms, including Youtube, Instagram, and more.
  • Design engaging digital content for performance marketing campaigns, such as display ads, email templates, and landing pages.
  • Assist in the development of visual assets for internal use, including presentations, infographics, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to improve marketing efforts.
  • Receive and incorporate feedback from senior designers and marketing team members to refine and perfect designs.
  • Maintain organised files and archives of design projects.

Requirements:

  • Preferably an agency background with 1-2 years of proven experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) Figma and other graphic design softwares.
  • Knowledge of animation and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus but not required.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take 100% ownership.
