Job Description:
As a seasoned brand growth strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our rare disease portfolio. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and executing visionary strategies that propel our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Lead the life cycle of existing brands and newly launched products, crafting growth plans that drive business impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives.
- Harness the power of analytics to assess business trends, deploy growth strategies, and mitigate risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate possesses an MBA in Marketing, with over 5 years of experience in brand product management, preferably in rare diseases or other specialized innovative therapy areas. A strong understanding of the Indian healthcare market and pharmaceutical industry is essential. Experience working with government stakeholders and key business decision-makers is also required.
