Senior Project Manager Role

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale projects in the Irrigation/Water Supply sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee entire project operations, manage tender clauses, billing, department correspondence, claims, and permissions.
  2. Resolve complex issues such as Forest Permissions, Highway Permissions, and Local Bodies Permissions.
  3. Demonstrate expertise in Construction Methods, Materials, and Legal Regulations.
  4. Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and prepare detailed project plans considering timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates.
  6. Monitor and control project progress, making necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
  7. Foster a collaborative and high-performance working environment.
  8. Prepare budgets, manage projects within budget, control costs, and achieve targeted margins.
  9. Assess approvals of project expenditure, considering financial implications on project cost.
  10. Understand and execute quality control measures, safety rules, and regulations.
  11. Negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and other vendors.
  12. Plan resources, manpower, and materials to achieve budgeted/planned performance.
  13. Demonstrate understanding of Accounting Principles, Financial Aspects, Risk Management, Strategic Decisions, etc.
