**Job Overview:**

 

Our organization seeks a seasoned finance executive to oversee critical financial operations, ensuring seamless execution and strategic decision-making. This role demands exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex financial systems.

 

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough reconciliations for customer and vendor ledgers, as well as inter-company transactions, to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
  • Review and verify supplier invoices against contractual agreements, recording entries in our BOS financial system with precision.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly MIS reports, revenue statements, and reconcile income and expenditure reports to ensure data integrity.

 

  • Accounting and Invoicing Expertise:
  • Oversee monthly billing for cargo handling and counter sales, guaranteeing daily/monthly BOS reconciliation and maintaining a streamlined process.
  • Monitor receivables, promptly follow up with debtors, and prepare regular ageing reports to optimize cash flow.
  • Process invoices accurately, recording receipts and ensuring transparency throughout the financial cycle.

 

  • Reporting and Compliance Requirements:
  • Generate actionable MIS reports and costing sheets for Air India using our BOS financial data, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation and backup for all financial transactions, maintaining regulatory compliance and corporate standards.
  • Conduct thorough general ledger reviews and analysis, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing our financial performance.

 

  • Collaboration and Support:
  • Assist auditors during financial audits and statement preparation, demonstrating expertise and commitment to transparency.
  • Deliver invoices to airline clients and submit acknowledgments to the team, fostering strong relationships and communication.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager or department head, embracing adaptability and growth.

 

  • Quality and Safety Standards:
  • Adhere to stringent quality, safety, and security standards in all financial operations, prioritizing excellence and minimizing risk.
  • Promptly report any incidents or violations that may impact safety, security, or company reputation, upholding our commitment to accountability.
