About this role:

  • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, manage payables and receivables, reconcile transactions, and maintain banking relationships.

  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow plans, and working capital requirements to drive business performance.
  • Maintain statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, income tax, and ROC filings, and coordinate annual audits.

  • Monitor costs, analyze margins, and drive profitability improvements through data-driven insights.
  • Manage vendor payments, expense approvals, and ensure financial accountability across teams.
  • Coordinate with financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing accounts and finance team to deliver exceptional results.
