About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Head of HNI Desk. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of relationship managers and advisors to acquire and retain high net worth individuals (HNIs) as clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships to ensure long-term loyalty and retention.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through Equity, Commodity, and Currency market segments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to execute cross-selling efforts and promote additional products and services.
  • Manage and analyze client portfolios to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Recruit, train, and retain a team of relationship managers and advisors to support HNI client acquisition and retention efforts.
