About Us:

We are seeking a highly skilled Penguin LLM Trainer to join our team. As a Penguin LLM Trainer, you will be responsible for training large language models to improve their performance and accuracy.

Job Title: Penguin LLM Trainer Role-French(France)

Location: Pan India

Experience: 3+ yrs.

Employment Type: Contract to hire

Work Mode: Remote

Notice Period: - Immediate joiners

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training data strategies to improve model performance.
  • Analyze and interpret model results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs into various applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LLMs and apply this knowledge to improve our models.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of overall professional experience in a technical or analytical field.
  • Strong general technical reasoning skills and the ability to model real-world assistant behavior using tool-based APIs.
  • Ability to break down complex tasks and simulate realistic dialogues that reflect user expectations and assistant limitations.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English, with a focus on clarity, tone, and instructional coherence.
  • Creativity and attention to detail in crafting realistic scenarios and responses.
  • Native or professional proficiency in French Language is required
