Branch Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage our branch operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Elevate customer satisfaction through effective service recovery and quality assurance.
- Coordinate all operational aspects at the location, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Implement efficient systems for smooth operation and monitor productivity levels.
- Nurture relationships with clients, suppliers, associates, government bodies, and authorities.
- Maintain fleet administration in line with company standards.
- Monitor fleet allocation to clients, ensuring optimal usage.
- Promote a balanced ratio of chauffeurs to fleet.
- Expand client base and boost business from existing ones.
- Cultivate market intelligence to inform business decisions.
- Meet performance targets and handle critical complaints effectively.
- Develop an annual budget for the branch, aligning with organizational goals.
- Monitor cash flow management and practice cost control.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Optimize branch administration for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure adequate staffing and training of the Customer Service team.
- Assess team performance and implement ISO standards.
Essential Competencies: Systematic approach, Market awareness, Commercial acumen, Leadership, Resource management.
Ideal Qualification: Graduate/Hotel Management or MBA in Marketing or Finance. Required Experience: 10-15 years in the trade, with 5-7 years as a branch head.
